The house rules ensure that your stay is as enjoyable as possible, as previous guests have abided by the rules. They also ensure that we continue to enjoy Airbnb and strive to provide you with a clean and wonderful experience. Therefore, please observe the following rules: According to §§ 29 and 30 of the registration law (Meldegesetz, MG) we have to show a registration form for every guest who stays overnight with us. Therefore, by booking you agree to fill out our registration form during online check-in. As a guest you agree with the booking to comply with the applicable Corona protection measures.
Fee Schedule:
Animals are allowed. If you bring an animal, it costs EUR 70 per stay. (EUR 10/night on request). Smoking: Smoking is not allowed in the accommodation. If you smoke, there is an additional cleaning fee of EUR 200. Additional cleaning fee for heavily soiled apartments: In case of heavily soiled apartments, we reserve the right to charge an additional cleaning fee of EUR 60.00. Check-out after 10:00 am. If you are still in the apartment after the agreed check-out time, an additional fee of EUR 50.00 will be charged. If you are still in the apartment after 2 hours, you will be charged for an additional night. The maximum occupancy of this accommodation is 4 persons (exception City Apartment BB 5 persons) Each additional person pays EUR 20 per night. Smoking: Although smoking is not allowed in the apartment, you are of course welcome to smoke and vaporize on the balcony/terrace.
